AMEQ Introduction to Aesthetic Injectables Training
2-day or 4-day aesthetic medicine training with Dr. Angelina Guzzo
Commitment
By registering for a training program, the participant agrees to pay the full training fees required by AMEQ for the selected course.
Payment Terms
A non-refundable security deposit of $1,000 plus applicable taxes is required at the time of registration. This deposit reserves the participant’s spot and grants immediate access to the online theory portion of the training.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than sixty (60) days before the scheduled start date of the training.
Personalized Payment Plan
Participants who require flexibility in their payment schedule may submit a request to AMEQ. Each request is reviewed individually based on the participant’s financial situation and registration date.
A personalized payment plan may be arranged depending on the circumstances. Regardless of the arrangement, the full balance must be paid before the training begins, unless AMEQ has confirmed an exception in writing.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All requests for cancellation, training modification, or date changes must be submitted in writing to:
60 days or more before the training date:
The security deposit will be retained by AMEQ as an administrative fee. If the participant requests a date or cohort change instead of a cancellation, the deposit may be transferred to another training session scheduled within 12 months of the original training date.
Less than 30 days before the training date:
No refunds, transfers, or modifications will be issued under any circumstances. AMEQ will retain the full registration fees paid.
